I JUST WANNA TALK…

We all are fully responsible for our life. This is the foundation principle of life. Every problem explains why there is no effect on the situation or the outcomes. One of the problems with us is Inner Emptiness. The truth of who you are comes only from your source of spiritual guidance, whatever that is for you. When you are open to learning with a source of higher guidance about the truth of who you are and what is loving action toward yourself and others. You open to love and fill the inner emptiness. I feel that an unfulfilling job causes inner emptiness, a lack of close friends, a lack of a sound emotional support system in the past and present, a toxic relationship, or a simple lack of self-love and compassion. If you are not going to change your routine and thought processes, you can overcome them. Feeling emptiness is a strange and uncomfortable sensation. Emptiness is an emotion. When you feel an emptiness, you are experiencing an uncomfortable emotion, feeling sadness, no matter what situation is there. I feel bored most of the time and think nothing matters. It’s like an emotional numbness that you can’t shake.

Feeling emptiness can be scary. You may feel detached from your life and sense that something is missing. If emptiness is a constant companion with you, it could be because you suppress and repress emotions. Suppression is consciously shutting away your emotions. Repression is unconsciously shutting away your emotions. The more your emotions are dammed up inside, the more disconnected you feel from yourself. The more disconnected you feel, the more you feel empty. That is a void that can’t be filled. This feeling can happen to people who seem to have everything together, a healthy family, a good job, and a busy social life. Emotional numbness isn’t exclusive to those who are missing these life achievements. That’s because emptiness doesn’t come from outside. It comes from within, affecting every aspect of your life. It’s not easy to get rid of, and you ultimately have the power to manage and shape these internal struggles. Now the question is, why is this there?

It is essential to understand where feelings come from, and you may be able to take steps to realize the root of the issue. You may try to fill the void with unhealthy choices that don’t address the problem. If you find yourself turning to food, alcohol, or drugs for comfort, you are avoiding the real issue. None of these temporary comforts bring meaning to your life. Instead of ignoring your emotions, try to write your emotions and understand what’s going on in your mind and why your feeling a particular way. Once you establish this routine, take time not just to write down events that happen but assess each event as well. You can determine if each event is positive or negative and ask yourself how you should feel and respond to the things that happen. This process helps you that what’s going on inside yourself. Whenever do you feel meaninglessness starts to rise and makes what you are doing not worthwhile? Take your list of goals. These are your reminders that your life has a beautiful purpose, and you do have a sense of direction. Remember, no emotions are wrong or bad, as long as you continue making efforts to recognize them and grow. Pay attention to how you feel when you are doing things. You may be able to connect with some of the joy or peace you used to feel, or you may find that it is time to replace this activity with something else.
