NOW– Life’s Responsibility – Every minute, Every Breath, is a Gift.

“You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you.” — James Allen

Why do you run away from your life responsibility? The truth is that no one is coming. It’s sad but accept that you and only you are responsible for your life. It may be for comfort, for fear of the uncertainty of the result, and even for manifest failing. The simple fact of thinking about what it means to be responsible – first with you; then, in front of others, and later in the interaction with the environment in which you move indicates a high and non-delegable level of commitment can be heavy for many people. When you take responsibility for your life, you stop expecting the other to act according to your beliefs, and things happen in the way you imagine would be the best for you. You start seeing reality for what it is. And suddenly, it doesn’t feel like it is working against you anymore. Think and answer yourself: Which of those people are you? This question always confuses me a little, and everyone has a different idea of a “better life.” But no matter what you want in life, if it starts with a decision, it is responsible for your own life.

How is it going to change your life? How is it going to shift society? How is it going to make that difference? Think about the things you want, like where you want your life to go or what you would do more of if you could. Consider your interests, things that bring you joy and things that keep you motivated, and of all aspects of you, will increase the likelihood that you stay well. Wherever you are staying, if you find you’re here and now insufferable and it makes you unhappy, you have a few options; remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it. If you want to respond for your life, you must choose one of those three options. No Excuses. No negativity. No Psychic pollution. Keep your inner space clear. Any action is often better than no action. Especially when you have been stuck in an unhappy situation for a long time, if it is a mistake, at least you learn something. If you remain stuck, then you learn nothing.

See if you can catch yourself complaining situation, in either speech or thought, about a situation you find yourself in, what other people do or say about your life situation. When you complain, you make yourself a victim. When you speak out, you are in your power. So, change the situation by speaking out if necessary or possible. It’s not always easy to tell people how you feel. Learning to speak your mind freely is about changing your attitude; you must have faith that what you’re saying is worth hearing. Believe in yourself. If you don’t, your words won’t have conviction. It’s worth reminding yourself that you’re unique with your thoughts, values, and ideas. Do you have many “What if “thoughts? Are you worried? You should identify with your mind, analytical into an imaginary future situation, and create fear. Is fear preventing you from acting? Acknowledge the fear, watch it, take your attention to it, be fully present with it. It cuts the link between the fear and you’re thinking. Fear of judgment shouldn’t keep you from letting the world know how you feel. Fear cannot succeed against it. Not everyone will always be interested or agree with what you’re saying. A significant factor is knowing when to say it.

Ask yourself what “problem” you have right now, not next year, tomorrow, or ten minutes from now. What is wrong with this moment? You always cope with the now, but you can never cope with the future. “One day, I will make it or do it.” Is your goal taking up so much of your attention that you reduce the present moment to a means to an end?  Is it taking the joy out of your doing? Are you waiting to start living? If you develop such a mind pattern, no matter what you achieve or get, the present will never be good enough; the future will always seem better. How much of your life do you spend waiting? It is not uncommon for people to spend their whole life waiting to start living. It means that you want the future. You don’t want the present. You don’t want what you have got, and you want what you haven’t got. With every kind of waiting, you unconsciously create inner conflict between you’re here and now, where you don’t want to be, and you want the future where you want to be. This dramatically reduces the quality of your life by making you lose the present. You can improve your life situation, but you cannot improve your life. Life is your deepest inner Being. Many people spend their lives understanding what life is when they understand. Then life is ended. It is already whole, complete, perfect. Your life situation consists of your circumstances and your experiences.

When you honor, acknowledge, and fully accept your present reality, where you are, who you are, what you are doing right now, when you fully accept what you have got, you are grateful for what you have got, grateful for what is, grateful for Being. Gratitude for the present moment and life is now true prosperity. It cannot come in the future.
