Tough Times – You are Stuck not Broken.

We all have in life that we call problems. When these storms hit us, we need to be mentally prepared and emotionally fortified. We never forget that the sun is always shining behind the clouds. There is a different time in our lives that we can change and grow. Why should I change when we miss this opportunity to change because we believe that life is good? But when we lose our job, get divorced, or fail in a relationship, we decide to change and grow when life is good, then the difficult times will not be as bad.

If you are not at a point in your life that you are willing to change, then be more innovative, don’t wait for tragedy to happen. Tragedy will make you change. The personal growth I have experienced from my life tragedy has driven me to write a blog and many other things which I never even thought about. Personal development can you live a more fulfilled life. To be happier with yourself, with life, and with others. We have our pain, failures, regrets, and disappointments that made us unhappy in life. This pain was yours alone to carry. Tough times come in many different guises: some desirable, some unwanted, and many are entirely unavoidable. We all have a fallible mind and body. We all experience stress in our careers, family life, and relationships. We all lose people we love. By Suzy Reading, how to heal in times of anxiety, loss, and change. There is a growing concern about how we can nourish our mental and emotional health during tough times.

While in this challenging situation, there might be some confusion about how to take self-care. Self-care is health care. It nourishes all layers of being your mental, physical, and emotional health, all of which are inextricably linked. Self-care is something that nurtures you right now and promotes your health in the future, nourishing your future self. Another way to understand self-care is to think of it as energy management. In reality, self-care takes many different shapes because different things appeal to other people. Your preferences change over time too, so you will need different things in different moments, and that’s why we all need an extensive, personalized toolkit like When I Feel Stuck, then take the smallest action and see how this breaks inertia, take some slow, relaxed mountain breaths, consider weather forgiveness, acceptance or gratitude might free me, Draw on nature’s beauty or a meditative shower to feel a shift of energy. Self-care can be singing, fishing, painting, journaling, dancing, socializing. Still, equally, it can be feeling your breath, word of gratitude as you sit to eat your evening meal, noticing the sensation of sunlight on your skin as you drive to work. Self-care is not only an act; it is also a set of skills. The beauty is that when you develop these skills, you can apply them to everyday actions, to life as it unfolds. You can learn to calm, relax, and develop a caring relationship with yourself. You can reconnect with your personal power, energy and courage.
